Eligibility and Age Restriction

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other person or entity.
- You have the mental capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement and to take full responsibility for your gaming activity and financial decisions on the platform.

If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any withdrawals, and conduct an age verification investigation. Any winnings generated by a player found to be underage will be void and forfeited. 64baji reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete. We use Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity and age in compliance with our anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of 64baji services — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a single, verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number.
One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 64baji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 64baji uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts except the original may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Accuracy of information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth or a residential address that differs from your actual location — may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 64baji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 64baji will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@64baji.net.
KYC verification process: Following registration, 64baji may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifecycle. KYC involves submitting one or more of the accepted identity and address documents listed in Section 2. The verification process is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
Account inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 64baji reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them entirely after reasonable notice has been provided to the email address associated with the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency
All financial transactions on the 64baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 64baji supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their accessibility and popularity among players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, domestic bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits: Deposits made to your 64baji account are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation, depending on the payment method used. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fee charged by 64baji on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges as per their standard fee schedule.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and your account being in good standing. 64baji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours during BST business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 64baji account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in BDT. 64baji does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. If you attempt to deposit from a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion rates will apply at the rate determined by your financial service provider.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): 64baji complies with international AML standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Transactions that appear inconsistent with a player's declared profile may be held pending investigation. Withdrawals will only be approved once all AML checks are satisfactorily completed.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with 64baji support will be treated as fraud. 64baji reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where a chargeback is initiated, withhold balances pending investigation, and pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
64baji offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by 64baji are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing with a single active account. Players who have been identified as having multiple accounts, who have engaged in prohibited conduct, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim or retain bonus funds. 64baji reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility at any time without prior notice.
Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have a defined expiry period that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Bonus abuse: 64baji strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, exploiting technical errors or system glitches to gain an unfair bonus advantage, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to abuse the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is detected, 64baji reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account(s) permanently.
Loyalty Programme: 64baji operates a Loyalty Program that rewards consistent players with points, tier upgrades, and exclusive benefits. Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, available on the Loyalty Program page. General bonus rules apply to loyalty rewards unless otherwise specified.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all betting and casino gaming activity on the 64baji platform. By placing a bet or launching any casino game, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.
Bet placement: Bets placed through the 64baji sportsbook or casino are final once confirmed. 64baji will not cancel, void, or alter confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms (e.g., a sporting event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable rules period, or a technical error is identified). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, bets will be settled in accordance with the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable. Specific market rules (e.g., top batsman, total runs, match result) are published in the sportsbook alongside the relevant markets.
Casino game rules: All casino games on 64baji are provided by licensed, internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are published by the respective game providers. 64baji does not alter the outcome of any casino game; all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant game provider.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
The integrity of the 64baji platform depends on all players engaging honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; impersonating another person or entity.
- Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge obtained through corrupt, illegal, or insider means; participating in or facilitating match-fixing in any sport covered by the 64baji sportsbook; attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are offered.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players, staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or promotional event offered by 64baji.
- Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the platform in any way not sanctioned by 64baji.
- Money laundering: Using the 64baji platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, system glitches, pricing mistakes, or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any profits gained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 64baji staff, customer support representatives, or other players through any channel.
Zero tolerance policy: 64baji operates a zero tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and platform abuse. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 64baji will permanently close the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold all pending balances, and share relevant information with third-party fraud prevention agencies. Criminal referrals may be made where warranted.
Account Suspension and Closure
64baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or closure:
- Breach of Terms: Any confirmed or suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is substantiated.
- Failed KYC verification: If a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory identity and age verification documents within the requested timeframe, 64baji may restrict account functionality — including blocking withdrawals — until verification is successfully completed, or close the account entirely.
- Suspected fraudulent activity: Where 64baji identifies patterns of activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting, the account will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted. During this period, access to funds may be withheld.
- Self-exclusion request: Where a player requests self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting support, the account will be suspended for the duration specified by the player, or permanently if requested. This is a safeguarding measure and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Regulatory or legal obligation: 64baji may be required to close or suspend accounts pursuant to applicable laws, court orders, or other regulatory requirements. In such cases, no prior notice may be possible.
Effect of closure: Upon permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms, 64baji reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and no breach of Terms is identified), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal to support@64baji.net with your account details and a written explanation. 64baji will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. However, the final decision regarding account closure remains at the sole discretion of 64baji.
Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your 64baji account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming decision — please contact our support team at support@64baji.net. We will process your request promptly and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method. We encourage players who are closing their account for responsible gaming reasons to also consider using our self-exclusion tools to prevent re-registration.
Governing law and disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming and commercial law. Any dispute arising between you and 64baji in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 64baji's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@64baji.net. 64baji will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. 64baji's decision on disputes is final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 64baji's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 64baji shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 64baji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
